date w biao jie!

i m so glad i was able to spend a day w my biao jie. it has been ages since we were kids that we got the time to spend a whole day together. it was good timing too since her birthday is coming monday. we also get to catch up quite abit. we always have something to share when we meet! hee i was glad i brought new experience to her too by introducing the buona vista duck rice and hokkaido ice cream, which she likes. hee. wanted to go for the prawn mee in kallang but i donno the way and too lazy to check.. heh anyways we went karaoke and finally settled for dinner at finn which i didnt notice much of it. the food was kinda an experience and the seafood basket came in a metal bucket! cute! i continued my day with a movie - hairspary. bouncy show, for me, cos i kept bouncing to the beat hee :)

on our way back from supper, we had a hair raising excursion around the hillview estate where one of our stop is to the haunted mansion pearch atop a really steep road leading into the huge gates! its almost 45o! seriously, if someone who is bold enuf to take the plot of land n develop a condo or mansio, it's sure is gonna b so grand. but of cos before the tour to the haunted mansion, terence entices us with a treat to a delicious brownie from his friends who owns the fishermen's wharf. yummy... we found another cozy hangout place!

i finally gotten down to start my TMA01 for exploring psych 1. stats... i m appalled. i hope stats is only introduced so as to feed us w the foundation behind the workings and i need not deal w it.
tis is the season of excellance and in order for us to be excellant, we need to be serious. serious about our execellance. talent alone will not keep us running but being serious and passionate, with the right attitude will keep us going. need to practice wat i preach!

got to noe yday that my paternal grdparents r gonna view n buy their niches on sat... i cant imagine the day their ashes will be residing in there. i m v close to my grdma as she is liken to be my 2nd mum. she loves me alot too n takes me like her youngest'est daughter. heh, even as i am writing this i cant help but weep. however i thank god that he has seen them thru all these years since my eldest uncle passed away in 92. they r even more fervant in mission trips than the younger ones in the family!
